PRENATAL VISITS
Prenatal visits are a part of every birth contract. I arrange two in-home visits where we tackle childbirth education, pregnancy support, and do hands-on work to prepare for birth.
LABOR SUPPORT
No matter what your birth plan looks like, I will be a constant source of physical and emotional support while you are laboring. I will help you through each and every contraction with strength and positivity.
NEWBORN CARE CLASSES
The first days with your newborn are filled with every emotion under the sun. Let me help you learn the essentials of newborn care with a one-time newborn care class. Classes are available as a separate service or can be added to birth contracts.
FEEDING CONSULTATIONS
No matter whether you choose breastmilk or formula, nursing or bottle-feeding, I'm here to help with judgement-free support. Fed is best, and I can help you make the most of every feeding session.
BIRTH PLANNING SESSIONS
Not sure what type of birth you want? Let me help! I can offer evidence-based information about tons of different birth options, including pain relief, laboring options, and choosing care providers. Birth planning sessions are a part of every birth contract but can also be a separate service for those not seeking labor support.
