MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

In early 2021, I worked in an office job supporting maternal and child health services all over the state of Virginia. I collaborated with doulas and other birth workers on many projects.

This sparked my interest in doula work! Shortly after starting that job, I started my journey to become a birth doula. Fast forward to now, and I am a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and infant feeding educator. I was fortunate enough to leave my office job in 2022 and pursue doula work full-time.

I am passionate about families everywhere having the birth and postpartum experiences of their dreams. I believe every type of birth can be a beautiful birth, and I never judge someone's decision about any component of birth.
